How do I sign up or create an account?

I purchased your software, where can I view my licenses and download it?
Please visit here. You can also hover over your username in the navigation bar, and click "My Licenses".
Payment
Why a subscription model?
A subscription model ensures that you will always have access to the latest improvements. Additionally, we understand that many audio and video editors may not have the budget for a perpetual license. This model allows you to only pay for what you need as you take on individual projects.
Do you offer a perpetual license?
It says my card was declined, what do I do?
If your card was declined, please try using a different payment method, or try paying with PayPal. If you are still having trouble, then contact support@zerebrix.com
I already paid for your software with PayPal, but I do not see any active licenses.
If you paid with PayPal please allow a few minutes for your payment to be processed. You will receive an email when your payment is processed.
How do I cancel the subscription?
If you paid with a credit/debit card, you can cancel your subscription here or by hovering over your username and clicking "My Licenses". If you paid with PayPal you must cancel through PayPal.
What happens if I cancel a subscription?
When the subscription is canceled you will not be billed for the next period, and you can continue to use the software until the current period is over. You can also always reactivate before your period ends.

How do I use your products?
If you would like to learn more about how to use a particular product, please visit the products page, select a product, and then click "SEE DEMO". This will take you to a video where you can view a demonstration of the application.
Why cloud processing?
Cloud processing, also referred to as “cloud computing,” provides computing power, databases, and storage through the internet, rather than on a local computer. It places the heavy processing required to make our software work on a remote server rather than on your own computer. You do not have to worry about having a powerful CPU to use our software. We want to make our software more accessible and usable for clients at all experience levels. Thus, the cloud processing model. Whenever I try opening AudioMint or AudioRose, the program just shows a black screen.
The AudioMint Installer will not open. How can I install it?
If the installer will not run on your computer, please send us an email at support@zerebrix.com, and we will send you a .zip file instead of a .msi file.
I can still hear some background vocals and reverb in the isolated background. How can I remove this?
If there are unwanted background vocals in your isolated track, we recommend running your audio file through the separator a second time. This will remove lingering vocals.
